WhatsApp will allow you to delete messages sent after 2 minutes of sending them. So, with this great news, we started the week, talking about a novelty that we had been waiting for several years and now seems to be approaching leaps and bounds.
We do not yet know very well when this new function will be included in
WhatsApp, however, everything points to it being in some update that the company will launch during the month of April. The beta version of
WhatsApp for Android already has this option and its operation is merely simple. If less than two minutes ago we sent a message by mistake and the receiver has not yet read it, we can delete it. How? In the group or contact chat, we must click on the message we want to delete, then we will select the option that says “Delete” or “Delete”. As easy and simple as this, we can now regret the messages that we usually send by mistake and we can correct that error within 2 minutes. Nobody will find out, only you and your conscience.
In order to enjoy this new WhatsApp function, we must install the latest version of the application for iOS and Android. For this, you can go to Google Play or Play Store and make sure you have the latest version of
WhatsApp arrived a few months ago to the 1,000 million active users of the service. A historical record that does nothing but demonstrate its enormous domain in the instant messaging apps sector and it does not seem that it will change its situation, at least for the time being.
There have been many apps that have tried to unseat the powerful
WhatsApp, apps like LINE, Telegram, Woowos, Google Allo, Snapchat or Facebook Messenger are just some of the applications that have tried to unseat WhatsApp from the podium. Will WhatsApp be the best and only messaging app in the world?
